ABOUT THIS RING
Here's a cool twist on an otherwise classic design. An emerald-cut cognac-colored citrine with a concave oval top facet is disrupted--in a good way--by a single twinkling bezel-set round brilliant-cut diamond, and support by a sturdy hand-fabricated 14K gold mounting, with a newer shank. Circa 1940s. Citrine weight: 4.25 carats. Currently ring size 6 1/4.
