Antique Aquamarine and Diamond Brooch by Charles Keller
Brooches are truly the most versatile jewels; fastened to your lapel, scarf, hat, or even your hair, a well-placed brooch adds instant flair. This dainty, yet arresting, brooch by Charles Keller will do just that. Its open and airy curvilinear shape frames a glimmering ultra-light blue 4.75 carat cushion-cut aquamarine, surrounded by a scalloped design and accented east and west by a platinum fleur de lys. Two bright platinum-set European cut diamonds add a dash of sparkle. Hand fabricated in 14K yellow gold and platinum, it measures 1/2 by 1 3/4 inches. Circa 1900.
