An elaborately designed multidimensional pinwheel motif crafted in textured 14K yellow gold, centered with a sparkling old mine-cut diamond embellished with turquoise blue and white enamel and five tiny twinklers. Late-Victorian, circa 1890. By the renowned American jewelry manufacturer - Krementz. Wearable as either a pin or pendant. 1 inch diameter, the new chain measures 16 inches.
