A .42-carat antique pear-shaped diamond, surrounded by 10 old mine-cut diamonds (and one tiny rose-cut for good measure), dangles prettily from a single old mine-cut diamond in this delightful Victorian drop hand fabricated in warmly oxidized silver over 14K gold. Circa 1890-1900. Just over 3/4 inch. Total diamond weight, .93 carat, it suspends from a new 14K gold cable chain.
