Return Policy For Internet Sales:

You have 10 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days after purchase. All sales are final after 30 days.

Instructions for Internet Return-Free Insured Return Shipping

Please contact us at 415-982-2213 or 1-800-924-2213 to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid FedEx label for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a medium FedEx priority box if available and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return with FedEx, you must obtain a receipt from FedEx.

Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.

Return Policy For In Store Purchases:

You have 10 days to return your purchase for any reason for a full refund. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. No exchange or refund for jewelry which has been worn, altered or damaged.

Return Policy for Layaways:

All layaway sales are final. Your final payment is due no later than 90 days from the date of the initial down payment. If you cancel your layaway prior to full payment, all previous payments will be converted to store credit.

Conflict Resolution:

We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 to 2 business days. If a problem arises with an order, or any other transaction, users may contact us via phone, email or mail and we will respond within 1 business day.

Disputes which cannot be settled directly between us, whether mediated or arbitrated by mutual agreement or argued in a court of law, shall be conducted in San Francisco, State of California.
