A rich royal blue square octagonal-cut sapphire, weighing .96 carat, is the focal point of this stunning Art Deco-style delight, intricately hand fabricated in platinum with rigorous attention paid to each and every delicate detail. The bezel-set sapphire is accented east and west with radiating chevrons set with sparkling single-cut diamonds, and north and south with crescents embracing bezel-set old mine-cut diamonds. Fine milgraining and a hand-engraved side gallery and upper ring shank add the finishing flourishes to this superb and stunning Jazz Age- style jewel. Total diamond weight, .45 carat. Currently ring size 6 1/2.
