A gorgeous, deeply-saturated red, round, faceted ruby weighing 1.17 carats is bezel set (in white gold - a clever and subtle design flourish to match the white diamonds) atop a streamlined 18k yellow gold setting adorned with three rows of high-color, slender, baguette diamonds set horizontally half way down the shoulders. A smart, sophisticated, tailored look from the latter 20th century. Condition note: some diamonds show wear. Accompanied by a report from Stone Group Laboratories stating, Evidence of Heat Treatment with Residues, Myanmar (Burma) origin.
