Intricately and artfully hand carved in rose-colored chalcedony, this exquisite and exceptional cameo pendant/brooch is fabulously framed by 20 sizable, bright and shining old mine-cut diamonds, together weighing 4.50 carats, set in warmly burnished 18K gold. Measuring just over 1 1/2 inches long, and wearable as both a brooch or pendant (by means of a detachable bale), this timeless and classic collectable dates back to the mid-1800s. If you're interested, she originally came as a pair along with #50-1-10847. 18-inch chain. Pin stem is 14K.
