Highly textured 18K gold ropes, accented with platinum strands, loop to create this cool double knot for your finger, emblazoned on top with a streak of small sparkling white diamonds set in contrasting platinum. A fun one hailing from the mid-century, circa the 1960s. The fluted ring shank is currently size 7.
