Curling rose gold ribbons embellished by trios of vibrant cherry-red synthetic* rubies and flares of small bright-white sparklers set in contrasting yellow gold, make for fun and fashionable Retro earrings from the glamorous 1940s. Hand fabricated, they measure 1-inch long. *Back in the day, due to their uniformity of color and flawless clarity, synthetic colored stones were considered a modern improvement over their natural counterparts, besides the fact that the virtually undetectable differences are only discernible with a microscope.
