ABOUT THIS RING

Die-struck and hand finished in gleaming 18K white gold during the peak of the period, circa 1925, this dynamic dazzler is characteristic of the bold and distinctive geometric style of the Art Deco era. Featuring a .65 carat scintillating bright-white old mine-cut diamond--flanked by a pair of small deep blue triangular synthetic* sapphires--the ring is sleekly styled with architectural shoulders and a geometrically pierced side gallery. An exceptional Jazz Age jewel. *Original to the piece and used during the period for their color consistency and flawless clarity. Currently ring size 6 3/4.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
