ABOUT THIS RING

Dating back to the late-1930s/early-1940s, this unique, chic, and utterly breathtaking transitional Art Deco/Retro showstopper, artfully designed and hand fabricated in platinum, glistens and glows in the center with a scrolled row of three gemmy, vibrant, crystalline green emerald-cut emeralds - two are of old mine Colombian origin, and one is synthetic (but entirely original to the ring) together weighing 1.50 carats. The gorgeous gemstones are bracketed on each side with scrolled rows of seamlessly-set square-cut diamonds. The tapered multidimensional shoulders sparkle with a sizable pair of old mine-cut diamonds and double rows of small full-cut diamonds. Spectacular and stunning! Currently ring size 5 3/4.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
