ABOUT THIS RING

From the first or second decade of the twentieth century hails this exquisite Edwardian/early-Art Deco platinum and diamond engagement ring showcasing a gleaming European-cut diamond, weighing 1.19 carats. The scintillating stone resides in a floating octagonal setting and is surrounded by tiny round diamonds set in the fancy filigree gallery and taping down the upper ring shank. Fine milgraining and hand-engraved details add the finishing flourish to this very special vintage jewel. **Please note that this ring is accompanied by an EGL report stating the color as H-I color, SI1 clarity with a weight of 1.13 carat. We have graded the diamond to be a J color with an estimated weight of 1.19 carats.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
