ABOUT THIS RING

This dynamic Art Deco dazzler, dating from the Jazz Age of flappers and speakeasies (among other things), radiates loud and clear with a sparkling European-cut diamond weighing 1.72 carats. The diamond is presented in a double-tiered hexagonal setting atop an artfully sculpted architectural platinum and diamond dinner ring, designed with sloped and slightly concave geometric sides accented with decorative openwork, delicate milgraining and an array of sparkling round diamonds. A singular and sensational showstopper - circa 1920s-1930s. The top of the ring measures 11/16" by 3/4 inch across. Ring size 7.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
