ABOUT THIS RING

From the first decade of the twentieth century, a supremely beautiful, radiant and resplendent late-Edwardian/early-Art Deco engagement ring featuring a 2.00 carat old European-cut diamond. The gorgeous stone is nestled inside a double-tiered setting which has the effect of enlarging the perceived outline of the diamond; that is, from a polite distance it presents considerably larger than 2 carats. The extraordinary platinum mounting is extravagantly, yet tastefully, adorned with delicate pierced scroll designs dotted with just four tiny twinkling diamonds. A truly tantalizing vintage treasure. Ring size 7 1/4.
