.43 Carat Art Deco Diamond Ring GIA F-VS1 by Jabel
10-1-10156
ABOUT THIS RING
Die-struck and hand finished in 18K white gold, circa 1930, by one of America's notable jewelers of the period - Jabel, this distinctive Art Deco jewel works equally well as a just-for-fun right hand dinner ring, or as an unique and unconventional vintage engagement ring. The square crown, measuring just under a half inch, centers on an icy-white European-cut diamond, weighing .43 carat, accompanied by a GIA Diamond Grading Report stating: F color - VS1 clarity. The diamond glistens from within an elaborately designed square setting, positioned on the bias atop a square background setting. These in turn are framed within an open circle punctuated by embossed florets at the cardinal points. Small single-cut diamonds glint from each corner and the geometric chamfered gallery is supported by a decoratively flared ring shank, currently ring size 4.
