ABOUT THIS NECKLACE

Ideally, the moon should hang in the sky, or, if not in the heavens, around your neck. That's why our clever jeweler converted a brooch into this lovely wisp of a pendant. The dainty crescent shimmers with luminous seed pearls with a silvery iridescent hue and suspends from a fine bright yellow gold chain. Hand fabricated, circa 1900, by Carter and Gough. Chain measures 18 inches (total length including the width of the crescent is just over 19 1/2 inches).
