ABOUT THIS RING

Nary a spot on this magnificent Art Deco dinner ring escaped the skillful and artful hand of the jeweler who so exquisitely created it. The focal point is a 1.22 carat ultra-white and brilliantly sparkling marquise diamond, accented east and west by crescents of vivid blue calibre synthetic* sapphires and lively single-cut diamonds, all intersected by rows of single-cut diamonds. 'V' shapes glittering with European cuts embrace triangular-shaped synthetic sapphires, while a ring shank thoroughly engraved on three sides and milgrain edging add the fine finishing touches to this lavishly detailed Jazz Age jewel. Total diamond weight, 1.97 carats. *Original to the piece, synthetic sapphires were used for their flawless clarity and color consistency. Hand fabricated in platinum, currently ring size 8. GIA Grading Report states: G color - VS1 clarity.

How to Pair Your Wedding Band

You found your ideal, beautiful, one-of-a-kind antique or vintage engagement ring… and then realized that you need a wedding band to go with it. Pairing the two can be tricky, since vintage engagement rings rarely come with matching bands, and many modern bands don’t accommodate vintage shapes and designs. So we created a line of vintage-style wedding bands, modeled after original pieces from our collection.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
