ABOUT THIS RING

Few Art Deco delicacies come as fabulous and fancy as this extraordinary bauble. A deep blue 2.30 carat natural no-heat Ceylon sapphire is presented in sparkling peacock splendor, surrounded by a dozen round European-cut diamonds, set in pear-shaped settings accentuated with decorative piercing and milgraining. Fancifully hand engraved shoulders, each set with a single tiny twinkler, and an elaborately ornamented under gallery, add the finishing flourishes to this dynamic dinner ring. Hand fabricated in platinum and measuring just over 3/4 inch. Accompanied by gemological report from Stone Group Laboratory stating: No Indications of Thermal Enhancement, Ceylon origin. Late Edwardian/early Art Deco - circa 1920s. Currently ring size 8.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
