ABOUT THIS RING

A sizzling, icy-white .45 carat icy-white European-cut diamond appears even larger in its double-tiered octagonal setting atop this delightfully detailed Art Deco engagement ring. The scintillating stone is modestly embellished on each shoulder with a pair of tiny twinkling single-cut diamonds, while tiny milgrained bows and ribbons adorn the side gallery. Total diamond weight, .55 carat. Die-struck and hand finished in 18K white gold, circa 1930s. Currently ring size 5 1/2.
