This ring steps outside of the characteristic Art Deco aesthetic. Foregoing some of the iconic embellishments--milgrained edges, intricate engraving, filigree--the exceptionally bright white .61 carat European-cut diamond in this original Jazz Age jewel is set between shoulders with smooth, highly polished surfaces designed with simple geometric piercing and decoration, creating an effect that is both subtle and strikingly different. In 18K white gold, circa 1920s-30s, currently ring size 5 1/4.
