ABOUT THIS RING

If you're looking for a cool ring to wear every day, this is it. Not too fancy, yet boasting lots of pretty details, this chic early Art Deco jewel - circa 1920s - presents a refreshing splash of glistening swimming pool blue by way of a 6.16 carat faceted oval aquamarine. In striking contrast to its shape, the gem is surrounded by a curved rectangular frame, twinkling with tiny rose-cut diamonds and sparkling on each corner with a bright European-cut stone. A fancy scrolled under gallery and a dot of a diamond on each shoulder add the finishing details. Hand fabricated in platinum over 18K yellow gold, it is currently ring size 7 1/2.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
