An opposing pair of bright azure blue shield-shaped aquamarines, bisected by a royal blue, scissor-cut, synthetic sapphire baguette, crowns a fanciful filigree mounting die-struck and hand-finished in 18K white gold, circa 1930, by Belais Bros.
