Everyone wants an item or two in their jewelry collection that, unquestionably, no one else will have. This 2 7/8 inch-long Art Deco brooch of utterly distinctive design is such a piece. A slender column of smooth and glossy translucent green leaves, hand carved from natural Burmese jade, arises from a small vase fashioned from platinum, twinkling rose-cut diamonds and black onyx, creating an elegant length of ornament that will have all eyes on you. Hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1920s. Pin stem and back are 18K white gold. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratory stating: Natural. No indications of polymers or dyes. Burma origin.
