ABOUT THIS NECKLACE
A pair of cleverly camouflaged cranes (harbingers of peace, longevity, happiness, and good fortune) frolic in the foliage in this artfully hand-carved jade plaque framed in 14K gold and embellished all around by tiny lustrous seed pearls. The verdant pendant suspends from a classic Art Deco chain, measuring 26+ inches and punctuated by eight jade beads and pairs of tiny freshwater pearls. Circa 1920s-30s. The pendant measures 1 7/8 inches. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Natural. No indications of polymers or dyes. Burma origin.
