Intoxicating sparkle is yours by way of the thirty-five dazzling white European-cut diamonds (total weight, 8.65 carats) that form a line of sparkling light in this iconic Art Deco jewel. Resting in square settings, the captivating company of stones is accented, in beautiful contrast, along the sides by glimmering cobalt blue calibre synthetic* sapphires, while milgrain detailing throughout adds subtle texture. An elegant and essential element for fine antique jewelry connoisseurs such as yourself. Total synthetic sapphire weight, 5.00 carats. Hand-fabricated in platinum, it measures just over 7 inches. *Back in the day, circa the 1920s-30s, due to their uniformity of color and flawless clarity, synthetic sapphires were considered a modern improvement over their natural counterparts, besides the fact that their virtually undetectable differences are only discernible with a microscope.
