Wondering if F. Scott Fitzgerald's Daisy Buchanan might have worn something similar? It would have been perfect for the many fabulous parties she attended at the Gatsby estate. And, it is perfect for any soiree that you might attend where serious sparkle is required. Exquisitely hand fabricated in the iconic Art Deco aesthetic, it centers on a focal piece that shines with a hexagonal-set European-cut diamond surrounded by links twinkling with an array of European and single-cut diamonds that pop with dashes of deep blue scissor-cut synthetic sapphires*. This alluring assemblage transitions to graduated square milgrain-edged links, each set with a European-cut. Fine milgrain detailing throughout and fine hand engraving on the sides add the finishing flourishes to this fabulous Jazz Age jewel. Total diamond weight - 2.80 carats, total synthetic sapphire weight, 1.00 carat. Hand fabricated in platinum (tongue and clasp are 18K white gold), it measures 7 inches. *Original to the period and to the piece, synthetic sapphires were used for their flawless clarity and color consistency.
