Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Dinner Ring By Belais Bros.
ABOUT THIS RING
A trio of bright-white hexagonal-set European cut diamonds sparkle in tandem between a pair of deep midnight-blue triangular synthetic sapphires,* in this classic Jazz Age jewel. Decorative piercing and hand-engraved detailing add the finishing flourishes to this Art Deco dinner ring hand fabricated in 18K white gold by the Belais Brothers--the first American jeweler to utilize 18K white gold. Total diamond weight, .40 carat. *Original to the period and the ring, synthetic sapphires were used for their color consistency and flawless clarity, the differences from their natural counterparts discernible only with a microscope.
