Art Deco Diamond, Emerald and Sapphire Line Bracelet
ABOUT THIS BRACELET
At first glance, the gemmy gemstones that adorn this sleek Art Deco wrist bauble seem too good to be real! We would expect to find gems of this quality in a much more lavish jewel. Nevertheless, here it is. Centering on a bright white and gleaming half-carat square emerald cut diamond (a.k.a. Asscher-cut), nine vibrant square cut crystalline green Colombian emeralds are joined by a pair of square cut royal blue sapphires. The gemstones are bezel-set along a straight line bracelet composed of rectangular 14K yellow gold links embossed on the top and engine engraved on the sides. An unusual and unusually stunning line bracelet measuring 7 1/2 inches. Total gemstone and diamond weight, 4.15 carats. Circa 1920s - 30s.
