ABOUT THIS BRACELET

Fanciful filigree abounds throughout this light and lovely Depression-era wrist bauble, centered by a curvaceous focal piece twinkling with a trio of tiny single-cut diamonds, embraced by emerald *glass darts. A dainty Art Deco delight, it is crafted in 12K white gold and measures 6 1/4 inches.*Back in the day, circa 1920s-30s, due to their uniformity of color and flawless clarity, synthetic (or glass) stones were considered an improvement over their natural counterparts, besides the fact that the virtually undetectable differences are only discernible with a microscope and gemological expertise.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
