Doing double duty, two lovely lozenge-shaped light blue aquamarines glisten tip-to-tip--with a tiny twinkling single cut diamond in between--atop an exquisitely fashioned filigree mounting decorated east and west with a charming flower. Millegrain edging adds the finishing detail to the alluring Art Deco jewel, circa 1920s-30s. Crafted in 14K white gold, currently ring size 7 1/2.
