The beauty of geometric shapes is that there are so many unique ways to fit them together. In this crisply fashioned Art Deco engagement ring, an effervescent .82 carat transitional round brilliant-cut diamond, in a cornered prong square setting, is accented north and south with diamond-set chevron shapes, and east and west by a bright baguette. The result? An A+ in geometry! Total diamond weight, 1.17 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it is currently ring size 5 3/4. Note: ring shank is newer.
