Art Deco Natural Pearl, Diamond and Enamel Bangle Bracelet
40-1-11352
ABOUT THIS BRACELET
Here is one of the coolest and most unusual original Art Deco bangles we've had the pleasure to come across. Most narrow-ish bangles were popular during the Victorian and Edwardian periods, and by the time the roaring 'twenties rolled around, bracelets (especially bangles) became considerably wider and almost always in all white metal--usually platinum. This distinctive, streamlined exception to the rule, hand fabricated in 14K white gold and contrasting 14K yellow gold, centers on a small ultra-lustrous natural button pearl, imbued with an iridescent silver sheen and encircled by a sparkling single-cut diamond-set halo that radiates east and west with elongated arrows across the top half of the hinged oval bangle. This section seemingly floats within a fitted yellow gold border strikingly accented with glossy black enamel. The knife-edged bottom half completes this sleekly tailored Jazz Age jewel.
