ABOUT THIS NECKLACE

Like a flapper's dress, this Art Deco pendant is streamlined and elegant, with a splash of sparkle. Centered by a 1.80 carat rhomboid-shaped sapphire with a midnight blue hue, it shimmers with rose-, and single-cut diamonds, while a single European-cut diamond dangles below. Formerly a brooch, the pendant suspends from an 18-inch chain via a complementary bail, and will add a dash of Jazz Age verve to your neckline. Total diamond weight: .70 carat. Crafted in platinum over 18K gold, circa 1920. GIA Gemological Report for sapphire states: No heat. Origin: Australia.
