Elevated in status by imaginative Art Deco jewelers, the humble octagon was a highly favored geometric shape for jewelry design. These smart eight-sided earrings, formerly parts of cuff links, are uniquely fashioned with diagonal stripes of shimmering rose-cut diamonds, the negative space in each of them revealing the glossy onyx plaque that lies beneath. Original 1920s cool! Total diamond weight, .25 carat. Hand fabricated in platinum over 14K gold.
