ABOUT THIS WATCH

Grosgrain ribbon, with its ribbed texture and soft sheen, is always striking when used in jewelry. The ribbon used for this watchband beautifully complements a square-faced watch, encased in shimmering rose-cut diamonds and glossy black calibre onyx stones. A handmade 18K yellow gold deployment clasp adds the perfect finishing detail. From renowned New York jeweler Dreicer & Co. , circa 1920. Total diamond weight, 1.00 carat. Crafted with a 17-jewel Swiss movement. Please see our Watch Care and Warranty information.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
