ABOUT THIS BRACELET

Shining, shimmering single and European-cut diamonds (184 in all) illuminate the links of this take-your-breath-away, drop-dead gorgeous Art Deco jewel. Highlighted at its center--and on the clasp--with a sparkling and beautifully cut marquise diamond, the bracelet continues with navette-set diamonds accented with wisps of color courtesy of bright crystalline emerald green calibre-cut glass*. A quintessential Jazz Age beauty that will make you the "light" of the party wherever you go. Total diamond weight, 9.40 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum, it measures 5/8 by 6 7/8 inches. *Back in the day, circa 1920s-30s, due to their uniformity of color and flawless clarity, synthetic color stones were considered a modern improvement over their natural counterparts, besides the fact that the virtually undetectable differences are only discernible with a microscope. Green glass was used because they hadn't synthesized emeralds during the time this bracelet was made.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
