ABOUT THIS BRACELET

Consummate Art Deco geometry along with superior quality gemstones and diamonds coalesce for a stunning and sophisticated effect in this exceptional bracelet, hand fabricated in platinum - circa 1925-30. Three radiant blue rectangular sapphires, very likely of old Burmese origin, are framed by shimmering baguettes and are connected by elongated sections centering on a pair of baguettes bookended by a pair of trapezoidal-cut stones. Three more pairs of trapezoids, numerous European-cut diamonds and glittering rows of French-cut diamonds (bringing the total diamond weight to 10 carats) are arrayed throughout this gorgeous, all original Art Deco jewel. 7 inches long by 3/8 inch wide.

About Art Deco Jewelry

Sleek and modern, Art Deco design brought jewelry into the machine age. Yet these stylish pieces still found room for the fine forms and lines of previous eras within their elegant architecture. In particular, we see many peaceful co-habitations of Edwardian and Art Deco styles together.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
