ABOUT THIS NECKLACE

An elegantly elongated navette-shaped plaque, measuring 1 5/8 inches and composed of translucent frosted rock crystal, is pierced in the center with a bezel-set royal blue sapphire and a half dozen bright-white and sparkling European-cut diamonds, in this chic, sophisticated, and stunning Art Deco adornment. The platinum bezel setting is embellished on four sides with small glittering rose-cut diamond decorations. Total diamond weight 1.68 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum originally as a brooch, circa 1925. The newer platinum chain measures 18 inches.
