ABOUT THESE EARRINGS

Whether worn with blue jeans or a blue satin gown, these exquisite ear studs (formerly fancy cuff links), artfully and intricately hand fabricated in platinum (probably from France), circa 1920, will not disappoint. A central European-cut sparkler is encircled with almost invisibly-set royal blue sapphires, embellished in turn with trios of tiny rose-cut diamonds twinkling at each rounded corner. Fine milgraining and hand engraving add the finishing details to these early-Art Deco delicacies. Total sapphire weight, 2.00 carats. 9/16 inch diagonal.
