ABOUT THIS RING
Dating back to the peak of the Art Deco period, this chic, sophisticated, and stunning three-stone ring, sturdily hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1925, centers on a gorgeous faceted round sapphire, weighing 1.23 carats. The radiant royal blue gemstone is accompanied east and west by a beautiful bright-white and sparkling European-cut diamond, together weighing 1.77 carats, all of which are embellished on all sides by ribbons of tiny glittering Swiss-cut diamonds accentuated by delicate milgrain details. Diamonds are accompanied by GIA Diamond Grading Report stating: G color/ I color - SI1 clarity. Total diamond weight, 2.42 carats. Note: the sapphire is a new replacement for the broken original stone. The fluted ring shank is currently size 6 3/4.
