ABOUT THIS RING
In this delightful late-Art Deco jewel, a truly stellar gemstone--a 6.00 (plus) carat cabochon sapphire, imbued by Mother Nature with a subdued faded denim-blue glow (with a hint of lavender), along with the gemological phenomenon known as asterism (the 6-ray star effect)--glistens and gleams between sparkling diamond-set shield-shaped shoulders. Sturdily hand fabricated in14K white gold, circa 1930s-40s. Currently ring size 5 1/4. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Natural, No Indications of Thermal Enhancement, Ceylon (Sri Lanka) origin.
