Only a highly seasoned expert is able to differentiate this stunning 2020s  Art Deco dinner ring from its 1920s counterpart. Measuring just over 3/4-inch long, the top features a 1.02 carat royal blue sapphire, and is intricately embellished all around with tiny twinkling single-cut diamonds, ribbons of seamlessly-set scissor-cut sapphires, decorative piercing, milgrained edges, hand engraving, and, oh yes, a pair of bezel-set diamond sparkling north and south. Total diamond weight - .57 carat, total sapphire weight - 1.52 carats. Finely crafted in platinum, currently ring size 6 1/2. Sapphire accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: No heat. Sri Lanka (Ceylon) - origin. Condition note: There is a small eye visible, natural, surface reaching crystal on the top of the stone that leaves a small pit on the surface.
