A young woman donning a shimmering plique-à-Jour enamel headdress--crowned with a small vibrant red pear-shaped ruby and trimmed by tiny twinkling rose cut diamonds--is elegantly presented atop this 2 3/4 inch long stick pin hand fabricated in 18K yellow gold, circa 1900.
