ABOUT THIS BROOCH
Beautifully hand fabricated with such realistic detail, you'll be tempted to pluck this little banjo (the strings actually move!). The head of this diminutive instrument is a lustrous, iridescent mother-of-pearl disk encircled by a gleaming rose gold resonator--or, in jewelry terms, a bezel. Delightful worn alone, or create a string ensemble by wearing it with other Lang music-makers (#50-3-10577, #50-1-4961). Circa 1900. Hand fabricated, it measures 1 9/16 by 5/8 inches.
