ABOUT THIS NECKLACE
Magnifique! barely begins to describe this exemplary and thoroughly exquisite Edwardian era necklace, delicately hand-crafted in platinum during the first or second decade of the twentieth century. Five chevron shape sections are ornamented with alternating rows of glittering white diamonds and finely-milgrained, gossamer-like open work designs, each crowned with a fanciful floral and foliate motif. Slender diamond drops sparkle between each section and a rose-cut diamond dotted knife-wire necklace completes the picture. A truly rare, ravishing and romantic Belle Èpoque jewel.
