ABOUT THIS RING

A captivating confluence of past and present. The crown of this stunning ring dates from the Edwardian era (early 20th century) and highlights a rich deep cherry-red ruby, weighing 1.05 carats. The vibrant stone radiates from within a sparkling octagonal frame of 10 European-cut and old mine-cut diamonds that to pierced shoulders, glittering with tiny diamonds. Although it has endured throughought the years, it is now beautifully supported by a new openwork under gallery and a sleek and lustrous platinum shank. Resplendent, refreshed, and ready for another lifetime--with you! 1.40 carat total diamond weight. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratory stating: Natural, Indications of Thermal Enhancement, Thailand origin. Currently ring size 8 1/4.

Jewelry Care

As with anything of value, especially sentimental value, taking good care of your vintage and antique jewelry from Lang will enhance its beauty and extend its lifespan. We encourage you to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by us or by your trusted local jeweler every six months, to ensure that each piece is in good wearable condition with all gemstones in place. It’s not uncommon for stones to loosen over time, and it’s much easier to tighten a loose stone than to replace a lost one! As stated in our Repair Policy, we strongly recommend that you allow us to perform any repairs, since our jewelers are specialists in restoring vintage and antique jewelry.
