Look, it's a drop of the night sky encircled by stars! Actually, it's a beautiful representation brought to life by a glistening 3.00 carat midnight-blue high-cabochon (a.k.a. 'sugarloaf') sapphire set amidst a glittering halo of antique single cut diamonds. The alluring assemblage rests atop a sleek grooved shank, all of which will adorn your hand with superb Edwardian elegance. Total diamond weight, .30 carat. Dating back to the first or second decade of the twentieth century, the ring is hand fabricated in platinum over 14K gold. Currently, ring size 7 1/2. Gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories states: Indications of thermal enhancement. Origin, Australia.

About Edwardian Jewelry

Edwardians took the dark beauty of Victorian jewelry and dyed it platinum blonde.
