This light and lacy Edwardian dinner ring, measuring 5/8-inch long and lovely, highlights an enchanting gemstone: a .38 carat faceted round sapphire that changes in color, depending on the lighting source, from rich royal blue to purplish-blue. A sweetheart, hand fabricated in platinum, circa 1920s-30s. Currently ring size 7. Accompanied by a gemological report from Stone Group Laboratories stating: Natural. No indications of thermal enhancement. A change in color observed between natural daylight and incandescent lighting conditions.
