A bit of bright green in a sea of sparkle. Dating back to the first or second decade of the twentieth century, this elegant Edwardian ring pops with a .50 carat vibrant green demantoid garnet, by way of the Ural Mountains of Russia, that glistens and glows in the center of an elegant navette shape set with candlelight-loving old mine-cut diamonds. Rose-cut diamonds in bullet-shaped settings add detail to the shoulders of this rare and ravishing wearable collectable. Total diamond weight, 1.08 carats. Hand fabricated in platinum over 14K gold, currently ring size 8. Note: magnification reveals a stunning 'horsetail' inclusion in this collectible demantoid gem!
